DAILY RECOMMENDED DAILY CALORIC INTAKE:
Your daily calorie intake while on the diet program should be a minimum of 1,200 calories for women and 1,500 for men. You will need to increase your Daily Calorie Intake (DCI) the more you weight and the more you exercise.
On this diet your Daily Caloric Intake (DCI) is your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) caloric needs minus 200 calories (with no extra activity level. Add extra calories to compensate for any exercise). Calculate your BRM here:

The two numbers you need to focus on during your Low Calories Diet (LCD) are your Daily Calorie Intake and your Protein Intake. Your goal is 65-90 grams of protein content per day during LCD.
Choosing foods from our diet guide will result in faster, healthier weight loss. Throw out tempting foods in your house and plan in advance how to handle family meals.
Tip for success: Consider cooking and prepackaging your LCD meals in advance for the upcoming week so that you don't have a moment of weakness during lunch at work and run to eat something unhealthy.
